These owners have created their own websites as well, which is a good indication of their level of commitment to their vacation rental property. I have at least 75 hours of work creating this website, so I assume the other owners are in the same ballpark.

Vacation Rental Listing Sites:
As many people are aware, many of the large listing sites charge travelers a service fee for booking through them. Depending on the site, they may display it as a service fee, or bump up the nightly rate to hide their fees. Several new listing sites don’t charge a service fee, which also means they have limited advertising budgets. One listing site that I found is www.Houfy.com. This particular website has many focused destination sites, including one for Myrtle Beach. The Myrtle Beach destination site is www.MyrtleBeach.Houfy.com. We really like this site and encourage you to visit it if you didn’t find one of our properties or partner properties suitable for you vacation. As of January 2017, the site doesn’t have many listings on it because it is new and undergoing Beta testing. These listing will allow you to contact the owners/property managers directly, which many of the larger listing sites prevent.
