Ocean Blue 803

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We all enjoyed the pools, and the beach. Watching the sunrise on the balcony every morning was amazing. John, the owner, was excellent. We will definitely love to stay again next summer!

This condo has a terrific layout and plenty of room for the 10 people we had, with room to spare. The view from the balcony was perfect. The condo is steps from the beach making it an easy task to set up our chairs and umbrellas. The owners John and Jen are extremely nice and helpful. They responded to my questions immediately, allowing for my vacation experience to run smoothly. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. The space was great for 14 of us, the beach is wonderful and having the indoor and outdoor pools was so nice when the little ones (and older ones) needed to get out of the sun but still wanted to play in the water. Plenty of fridge space due to 2 fridges, easy for multiple meal times and choices. The owner is responsive and easy to work with, making the whole process as easy as it can be. We were able to park an extra car at the place next door, although we were told it might be a problem. Highly recommend this condo–we hope to return in future years!

We had a wonderful stay at John and Jenn’s condo! Our family of 10 had plenty of space, towels, dishes, pots, pans, and sleeping room! The beds were all very comfortable. The view was beautiful and our little ones loved the pool, the lazy river, and the beach! We appreciated that the condo provided some beach items for us to use. The washing machine and dryer were amazing for our daily washing of wet clothes. The double refrigerators were perfect for all of our individual food choices. All appliances worked perfectly. We kept the three coffee pots going much of the time. TVs were available everywhere although the family room TV remained on NickJr. 95% of the time. Elevators for loading and unloading were such a blessing! The coded lock (meaning no keys) was awesome! John and Jenn were very available for any questions/needs. Parking is restricted to two cars, but we found parking our third car on the street and using the Park Mobile App was convenient and cost about $8.35/day (a little more if the car is moved through out the day). The area was family friendly and we felt safe. Walmart and the mall are about 10 minutes away. Be sure to check the condo notebook for restaurant ideas. Traffic on the road in front of Ocean Blue was minimal, even for July 4th. I would highly recommend this condo and hope that we can return to Myrtle Beach soon, definitely using John and Jenn’s condo for our family retreat!

Everything was just as described and there was plenty of room. It is well kept. The owners are exceptionally sweet and friendly. The parking was a little challenging but we mastered it the first day. The entire week was an absolute Blessing!!

The property is clean and well maintained, along with being stocked with every essential you would need to cook. The beach is beautiful and the condo is close to everything. The owners are wonderful and accommodating. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you!

We loved it , the place was very big we had 9 people . Had enough stuff to accommodate everyone. The view was beautiful , very close to everything we wanted to . One thing I would have liked was beach chairs to sit on out on the beach , we weren’t allow to the the chairs from the pool area. We would definitely come again and recommend this condo . My whole family and I loved the condo. The ocean view was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, bathrooms for everyone, washer and dryer, dishwashers, I could go on and on. It was great!!! The best we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything their guests could possibly need, right down to a beach umbrella (which was appreciated.) We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay again in a heartbeat. First class condo, and it definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

We booked our condo with VRBO and stayed at Ocean Blue 5 bedroom oceanfront condo. The owner was very friendly and efficient with every step. The condo itself was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a total of 11 people staying with us and everyone was very content with the accommodations. The building was well maintained and clean. Access to the beach was just a walk away from the pool. Being that its located more South of the boardwalk there is never an issue with traffic or crowds and easy to access Route 17 (Kings Hwy) and any restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.

My family of 8 stayed in this condo in July 2016. It was a very nice condo with a great view. The number of bedrooms/bathrooms was a great fit for our family. It was definitely a benefit to have 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. It was also wonderful to have a washer and dryer inside the condo. The beach was not crowded. We loved that there was both an outdoor and indoor pool. The owner was quick to respond to any issues/questions and communicated easily with us. We would rent this condo again.

Our family has stayed in numerous condos in the Myrtle Beach area but this was by far the cleanest and best maintained. The owners have gone over and above in order to equip and supply their property with everything anyone could possibly need! We did not encounter one problem! Our stay could not have been better.

I brought my cheerleading team to a nationals competition and we all stayed in this condo. The owner provided plenty of linens, towels, etc for our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. It had a beautiful master bedroom/ bathroom. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating for up to 8 people. Another awesome feature was the kitchen! It had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers!!! It was a relaxing trip for us. After the cheer competition, we swam in the indoor pool, jumped in the hot tub, swam hot side in the outdoor pool, AND went to the beach. Lots of things to do at this condo!!!! If I ever come back to Myrtle Beach, I will book this condo again.

This condo is perfect lots of space and very clean.John the owner is great he is making it a point to make sure the condo is clean and update.He responded quickly to any question we had as a matter of fact he would take it upon himself to call and make sure everything was ok.The kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils so you don’t have to worry about making meals in the condo.John has made sure that the condo was clean,when we walked in the condo for the first time you can tell that cleaners did a great job.The condo is large we had 13 people and plenty of room.The view from the balcony was amazing.Grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise it is a beautiful site.Can’t say enough good about John and his beautiful condo.A great vacation can’t wait to get back to Myrtle Beach and John’s Condo!

This was the first time in 10 years that my family could vacation together. We couldn’t have stay at a better place. The condo was so nice, clean and very spacious, it had everything we needed to make a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful especially the sun rise.
