Located in the Market Common area of Myrtle Beach, which is a quick 2 mile drive from Ocean Blue Myrtle Beach, Warbird Park contains a few war planes on display. The Market Common area along with the Myrtle Beach International Airport were originally the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Warbird Park is free and open to the public.

Warbird park is dedicated to the men and women of the United States Air Force and their families who lived in Myrtle Beach for almost forty years (1954-1993) while they served our country and courageously defended our freedom.

The following fighter jets are on display:

  • Fairchild A-10 Thunderbolt II
  • LTV A-7 Corsair II
  • F-100D Super Sabre

Your kids can see these retired fighter jets up close and personal. There are many plaques in the area describing the history of the Myrtle Beach Air Force Base.

The Air Force maintains some rights to use the runways at Myrtle Beach International Airport. From Ocean Blue Myrtle Beach, you may see various fighter jets taking off from or landing at Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Jurassic Golf is located at 29 Ave S and 2900 S Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, which is a short 4 block walk from Ocean Blue Myrtle Beach. Jurassic Golf contains two 18 hole miniature golf course. One course is Ice Age themed and the other is Predator themed.

The Jurassic Golf mini-golf course is home to the following dinosaurs:

  • The Horned-Faced Ceratopsian
  • The Spitting Dilophosaurus
  • Tthe Carnivorous T-Rex
  • The Raptor

The whole family will have fun here! The dinosaurs are spread throughout the course along with many water features and mountainous terrain. Some of the dinosaurs are animated! The kids will love it during your vacation at Myrtle Beach.

The rates vary based upon the time of day that you are playing.

There are rates per round as well as an all day rate.

We recommend walking to Jurassic Golf from Ocean Blue Myrtle Beach since it is so close. In about the same time that it would take to pile everyone into the car, you could walk there!
